4-Acetoxy-N-ethyl-N-methyltryptamine, also known as 4-Aco-MET, Metacetin, or Azomet, is a less commonly known psychedelic substance that falls into the tryptamine chemical class. There are, however, claims of subjective differences in effect between the acetylated and non-acetylated forms of psilocin.
